Delete your Nourii account
You can delete your account directly in the Nourii app. No email request is required.
Before you confirm, make sure you want to remove your Nourii account. You will be asked to accept the deletion in the app.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open the Nourii app and go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message, then select Accept.
Your account-deletion request is started directly from the app after you select Accept.
2. Before you continue
Account deletion cannot be undone. Take a moment to review any meal logs, plans, pantry items, activity records, progress, or other information you may want to keep before you confirm.
Use the in-app Delete Account option. Do not send your password, authentication code, meal details, food photos, voice recordings, or health information by email.
3. After you accept
Nourii will process the deletion from the app. The exact retention and deletion scope for backups, provider-held records, and information retained where required by law are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Cannot access the app?
If you cannot sign in or reach your Profile, contact support@nourii.aifor account-access help. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, meal records, food photos, voice recordings, or health information.
